Why we built it

Invoices Tracker is built by a small, independent team that has freelanced, managed agency work, and chased late invoices long enough to want a better tool. We ship improvements often. Most invoicing tools we tried were free trials with an upgrade wall waiting at the end, or were built for accountants rather than for people who just want to send an invoice and get paid. So we built the tool we wanted: fast to set up, clear about what is owed, and free to use.

How it stays free

Invoices Tracker is free to use, with no credit card needed to sign up. To cover hosting and development, we may show ads on some public pages, such as our free tools, invoice templates and blog. There are never ads inside your dashboard or on the invoice and estimate pages your clients see.

Your data

Your invoices, clients and time entries are stored with Supabase, with row-level security so only you can access your own data, and every connection is encrypted. We do not sell your personal information. The full details are in our privacy policy.
