1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Invoice Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invoice Tracker is a web-based invoicing platform that allows freelancers and businesses to create invoices, track time, send estimates, manage clients, and automate payment reminders. The Service is currently provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create using Invoice Tracker, including invoices, estimates, client information, and time entries. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Invoice Tracker for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent invoices, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Email Sending

When you use Invoice Tracker to send invoices or reminders via email, you confirm that you have a legitimate business relationship with the recipient. You are solely responsible for the content of the invoices and communications you send through the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

Invoice Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
