We use your information to provide and improve Invoice Tracker's services, including generating invoices and PDFs, sending emails on your behalf, processing time tracking data, and delivering automated payment reminders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. All connections are encrypted via TLS. We implement industry-standard security measures including CSRF protection, rate limiting, and input validation.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase for authentication and database, Resend for transactional emails, Vercel for hosting and analytics. Each service has its own privacy policy and we encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated usage data. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. If you wish to have all your data permanently removed, contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email. Continued use of Invoice Tracker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
